Mom, Kitchen And Business

I was in std 6th when I started experimenting with cooking, some food was delicious, some were worst .but mom always encouraged me saying let's offer it to cow and she wi"ll shower her blessings upon you".This encouraged me to never give up. I kept on baking and cooking, one day I succeeded. I baked a cake for my neighbour s birthday and everyone appreciated it. I visited various bakeries in search of recipes, and no one helped me out, and moreover, they gave wrong recipes. But me being smart i learnt puff making, fristing and baking coconut cookies from the bakeries and then I up my mind and I created my own cake recipes and it was a success. And it made me realise that if we don't give up we get lots of opportunities to prove ourselves and we improve for sure. And I'm really thankful for my dad who always supported me, helped me with arranging raw materials Costing and other stuff. After 5 months I added various snacks like pizzas, garlic bread and much more to my menu. Mom and elder sister helped me with chopping during last moment orders. But I realised that I have to bake and cook on my own without anyone's help including cleaning the kitchen. This helped me in keeping my things sorted and being punctual.

I always feel that if my mom's hadn't trusted me, it wouldn't be possible for being the owner of Veena s cakes and bakes. She sacrificed a major part of the kitchen for me. And she is the best guide. She always suggested to me the designs and flavours. Today we have completed 2.5 years of our service. I'm sure I have made my family proud.
