Mental Illness

Mental illness is stuck your mind you nor happy or sad, you just going deeper and deeper mind, you don't understand what you doing and mental illness is thoughts is going on mind but it's deeper to inner you don't tell the someone, your inner thoughts high up, you unwillingly change it but don't, the mental illness it's a headache of mind, you don't conquer but you deeper down harm to himself harder, so don't play to your mind, your problem is the part of life, actually all of life is a problem but you face it twice and remain happy, it's important and key of life !!!
