This story is about me who failed n number of times in his life. I was an average student who loves to do unexpected things during my school life only but always discourages and demotivated by my English teacher. I have never run behind the marks and grades as for me knowledge is more important than grades or marks. I have failed in the 12th standard due to my inability to mugging up the concepts. I have cleared in the second chance, somehow I have managed to get admission in engineering but there again the ghost of mugging up the concepts was with me only. I was like five-point someone grade students of Chetan bhagat's story but have always zeal that I want to become a person where people will say #NEWYOU. After completion of my Engineering, I have joined sales & marketing as would love to do some challenging thing in my life and here they comes who changed my life - Mr. Nath and Mr. Joshi who explained to me how crucial life, oops Corporate life can be. loss of sales, not getting sales, office politics, sales pressure but I have to overcome all those difficulties. After 1 year of immense hard-work, I have again back for my studies and got admission in MBA.

I would like to thank my 3rd motivator, Dr. Raval, who always motivated me for doing the task as I would always love to do. He told me once that be #NEWYOU so the world will follow you. I have developed the skills which are necessary for corporate life and since 2010, I have worked with many renowned organizations and traveled 7 countries in the last 8 years. I still remember the words of my English teacher that nothing will happen in my life but I would like to quote the dialogue of the movie "Hichki" - There are no bad students only bad teachers. During Engineering and post-graduation, my faculties have motivated me and my mentors from my first job really inspired me to be #NEWYOU and today just a message to all reader - Be like Phoenix so you can always come with #NEWYOU.
