It’s My Choice

This story is a narration of a 12 year who got a habit of watching television so much and then how others treated her. Read the story to understand that what’s life and how to face problems in life -

I was 12 years old when in 2020 lockdown was announced. I got the habit of watching television so much. At first, I watched one serial and then started watching 8 . Then there were 2 serials which were my favorite they I watched before their time. But there was one reason that I watched serials that I got happiness but everyone told me not to watch except mom dad and brother because they knew I got happiness from it as they were not only emotional but comedy too. Even I took proper care of my eyes by every day putting eye droplets in them. But still, everyone was before me that don’t watch.

Now when any guest came to my house and my mom dad and brother were not at home then if anyone asked my aunt that how are studies going and I am not there then she would say I whole day watch television and not studying though I am Intelligent enough that I always score 1st position in class she would never say this but if anyone asks about her daughter then she would say she is very intelligent though she even watched tv so much and I even got so much angry but never spoke anything. Then my mom told me that don’t care people just comment as they are jealous actually I learned about life and how does life suddenly changes when there is no chance. Now I want to show them all that if anyone has a habit of something which gives them happiness is not bad it’s actually good and they can even become something in their life and I am having full confidence on myself that one day I would be at the place I always wanted to be and make my parents proud.
