"Visualize a situation where you are alone at home one night, lying on your bed trying to fall asleep when all of a sudden you encounter a moment that you haven't dreamt of, you see three children sitting on the fan just above you, and staring you down with a creepy smile. Wouldn't you be getting goosebumps? Come on, it's just an imagination, but what if it turns out to be true? Hello there! I'll be telling you a similar story of a 22-year-old girl named Richa, who was an undergraduate ten years ago and shifted to Mumbai from Kolkata to complete her bachelor's. After a year of searching for a nearby apartment from her college, Richa got to know about a cheap apartment that was just a few miles from her college. Without thinking twice, she took a flat for rent. It was spacious, beautiful, well-organized, and cheap! Cheap? She didn't have a thought about why someone gave such an amazing house for rent at such a cheap price.

12 January, 2012, Mumbai.

Richa was preparing herself a meal for dinner. The weather outside was strange, the wind was roaring like a hungry lion and the moon was hiding itself behind a thick blanket of dark clouds. The leaves were shivering as the trees were bending left and right, creating an eerie atmosphere. It seemed that nature was aware of the upcoming tragedy. While chopping the vegetables, Richa heard the cry of a little girl. At first, she thought it was a hallucination, but after continuous cries, she decided to check. The cry was coming from the balcony, which was enclosed in the blanket of darkness and tranquility due to the short circuit in the area. Holding a torch in her hand, she moved forward with slow steps, when she saw a little girl sitting in a corner of the balcony. Her pale face was hidden by her long hair. The girl looked up and smiled. Her eyes were dark and blood was falling down like a stream from her mouth. The girl took out a large scissor and in one shot she separated Richa's head from her body and drank all blood. The girl was no other than Roopa, a thirteen-year-old girl who was terribly killed by her drunk father in the same way, in the same place, in the same apartment."
