I walked this path

straight as can be

in the quietude 

of my inner

mien

I thought in purity 

the world around me

to be simple and purer 

suiting my attitude

in my grossness of simplicity

I never guessed

the unfolding packages of mine

would be of

complexity

in this I never guessed

the coins were one

headed

always negating and 

full of duplicity

innocence lies shattered

in bipolarity.
