While there are many on my list, the topmost is to take care of my health and knock down a few excess kilos piled up during the year, due to irregular eating habits. After all, a healthy body and a healthy mind are the main ingredients for stirring a healthy lifestyle. Towards that end, I intend to cut down on carbs and fats, include more proteins in my diet. Cut down on too much of caffeine, rely more on herbal teas. Cut down on medicines and rely more on nature cure with herbal concoctions.
Most importantly totally eliminate negative thinking, and stay away from people who spread negativity. Instead surround myself with positive people, listen to spiritual talks and music. Pursue my passion for reading and writing not for any recognition, but purely out of self satisfaction. Writing to me is the best way of keeping me mentally preoccupied and though it may mean less verbal communication, it also means getting into less troubles.
