Grassroots level

When Tapti saw her grandfather getting ready to go somewhere, she asked her grandfather. 

Where are you going grandpa ?

Grandfather replied, I am getting a mansion constructed in the taluka for all of you.

Tapti asked, Can i go with you ?

Grandfather replied, Why don't. You also come with me.

After traveling for two hours, both of them reached the construction site. When they were watching the mansion under construction.

Then looking at the laborers working there, Tapti told Grandfather, 

Why do these people work wearing dirty clothes?

Why do these people work in the Bright sun? 

Will these laborers also live in this house?

Grandfather replied to her, These people only do construction work and when the work is completed then rich people like us live in such houses.

Tapti said, This is wrong grandpa.The one who builds the house with great effort, sweats himself in the hot sun, where does he live?

Grandfather replied, 

My Dear Grand daughter, If these laborers do not work, then all of us rich also live in huts or dilapidated houses like these laborers.

No engineer can do any construction without the help of these laborers and masons.

Every wonder of the world has come into existence only by those working at the grassroots level.

Tapti :- Then these people who build the palace or mansion. Why do they live in poverty ?

Grandfather:- That's the irony that the hard work of those who sweat is greatly underestimated.

Tapti:- Then it's time for all of us to change our ideology towards workers. We should pay their wages according to their hard work.

Grandfather:- You are absolutely right. Now it will be like this.
