From Rags To Riches

There was a poor lady who sang songs on railway station platforms. She had a melodious voice. People loved her voice & gave her some money whenever she sang songs for them.

One day, a famous Bollywood Music Director was seen on this platform waiting for his train. He suddenly heard a melodious voice but he didn't know where it came from. 

He began to walk in the direction from where the voice came. When he stopped, he noticed that it was a poor fragile lady who was singing to earn a living.

He went up to her & she told him that since years, she had been singing on this very railway platform only so that she could earn some money to feed her 3 children. 

The music director told her that he loved her voice & immediately signed her as the "Playback Singer" for his next film. 

She was given 3 songs to sing & was offered Rs. 15 Lakhs per song. This is a story of "Rags to Riches!"
