First time

That day was my first day in school, I started my journey from home at 8 am in the morning, I was excited to see the hostel life first time, but was unaware with respect to rules and regulations. I reported in the school at 3p.m. First my baggage and all the items were checked by the warden before my entry in the hostel. All the necessary cum personnel items I carry with. First thing I noticed the other students were watching me very enthusiastically. I feel shy to talk with them all. First thing I confirm from them "were is the washroom" I wan to wash my hands and sprinkle water on my face. All the students laughed at my interrogation. After dinner that night was a night of thousand days. With open eyes I was eager for sunlight. The students perform numerous activities that night but I felt all alone. I was dreaming my home, my parents, friends and others. Tears were rolling down from my eyes. But I compensate as parents were reluctant to ask to back. So I adjust. After few days I choose a friend who was my photo copy in terms of disposition.

With the passage of time I feel relaxed. One day there was some tussle between the two groups, the teacher introspect our tussle on some issue and we were beaten up to pulp. Days passed we spent late night in the reading room. My competition with the other was very hard day by day. I remember the days and incidents all happening during hostel days. Leaving the school was a do hard as coming to school. Fortunately I found one of my colleagues on right posts that gave my immense pleasure. Now all were settled and happy with their possessing. I too got a good post. All we remember first day of hostel life though hard but beautiful.
