Fear Of Books!

Mahidhar! You became a bookworm lately. Kiran said by seeing a huge pile of books on the table. It has a wide variety of books for people who prepare for different Government examinations.

Nothing like that. These were my roommate's books. He is preparing for the Staff Selection Commission examination. Mahidhar replied.

The room had two cots with beds. Each bed has a table placed adjacent to it.

See, this is my table. Mahidhar has shown another table which has a cinema magazine and some papers.

So, you are not giving any exams? Kiran asked again.

No. No. I am not interested in Government jobs anymore. I am happy with the present job in the private sector. I almost feel suffocated by seeing those books. Mahidhar looked at the other table.

Kiran looked into Mahidhar's face. He knows how much Mahidhar used to dedicate time to preparing for SSC and other exams. In many such exams, Mahidhar missed the job by scoring just less than a mark for qualifying. 

Mahidhar went to the washroom. The sink knows how much he is sinking tears which were heavy. He washed his face after crying in the washroom.
