F.L.Y (First Love Yourself)

You never know what you are until you know what you are I haven’t seen a lot of life, but in the little, I saw…

I always wished somebody said this to me before… when you are stuck with a problem, what do you do? You try to solve it and if the problem is a thing, an issue another human being? yes, solvable but if the problem makes the route in showing that you are the reason for a problem…

What would you do? You start overthinking

“if I didn’t do that on that day, it wouldn’t have been this way.

Why did I do that?

I should have seen for other ways …

Am I really this indecisive? ”

You start fighting with yourself which is hypothetical coz it’s you against you… the conversation goes on and you get blamed

This is what is called ‘the JOUSKA moment’ when you keep on asking ” why?” in the past and get no answers… all that happens is lowering of self-esteem when Jouska hits your self-esteem…

All you gotta do is to stand for yourself and believe in what you did and why you did

never let your low self-esteem stop you to reach your goals…

Let me share one of my Jouska moment poem written someday in 2017

 

“when her self-esteem reached the lowest point

when she was totally drowned in thoughts 

when she has got nothing but hope,

life kicked her off…

in this unavoidable jouska moment,

leaving everything behind…

she decided to move on…

just her!! “

are the three most important things irrespective of age, gender…etc.,

Yes, Somewhere in life I felt that I was not said enough about loving myself

Most of my days I hated myself and saw the reflection of it around with another ppl too

if you hate you, the world hates you too…

if you believe in you, the world believes in you too…

Everything around is just a reflection of how you see yourself and how you handle yourself

Let me say you when I realized this .. !!

Long back, in my college, there was one faculty, a very strict one looks like he knows nothing but the subject from the first day of class … to the entire semester he kept on repeating one thing …that is

” read or watch THE SECRET”

60 of us in the class…None of us did…

he was not angry,

he was not impatient

he kept on repeating it every day…every single class…but I never did it…

How many of you have heard of a book called “secret”

“Great!”

Days passed by, I came out of college ..

and surprisingly. One day out of nowhere I wanted to read the secret

I planned to buy a book, felt it was too costly

but I did manage to get a video /or maybe I can call it a documentary of “The secret”

woah!! It was an incredible eye-opener

the first thing I did after watching secret …

was to mail my sir and apologize on

 how lethargic I was about his interest in spreading good and peace to the world

his reply was “I knew at least one of you will do, glad you did “

SECRET is all about ‘law of attraction”

like attracts like… though the view on this is debatable.

I personally have seen the change in me…

I believe in secret

“universe listens”

“what you think of is what you see”

“if you see it in your mind, you’re going to hold it in your hand”

simply summing up, in three simple words.

 Thoughts become things!

whole point of telling this is…

if thoughts manage the “the being of self”

you gotta manage your thoughts…
