What is exam anxiety? Is it probably just another thing that parents consider to be another drama in order to avoid writing or showing up for the test. I personally feel it has more to it than that. In today’s times where grades are more important than education and were a person’s potential and talents are judged on the basis of marks they score exam anxiety is bound to happened. Pressure from family, fear of comparison and the feeling of being below others could possibly be reasons as to which exam anxiety in prevalent among students.

 How many of us have not heard of our friends or ourselves for that matter of fact have sweaty palms or palpitations before an exam or how many of how have had terrible stomach aches or cramps before an exam and we end up having a reason to skip the test. At some point all of us have gone through these situations and the pain reason was probably because we weren’t prepared well because we were already freaking out about the exam that we mentally were too occupied or stressed to prepare for the test.

I personally feel most of the problems related to test anxiety could reduce if we stop have the feeling of being a better person than someone else rather be a better version of ourselves and know our own worth regardless of what people think of us.
