Content Team Credit

Naina was working as a content developer for a software company, they were building a website for kids moral stories. she had a creative mind and always dedicated to her work. It was not a 9-5 job for her but 24/7, she has to build ideas in her mind, she loves her work. One day, the team was working on a documentary of an old man selling his vegetables and made his son a successful Doctor. The whole team worked a lot in making the documentary about it and collecting various pictures with lifestyle and used to give daily updates to the Boss before logging off.

They have to upload it online so they worked day and night in designing the cover page, borders, color, font, language, content, working on punch lines.

At last, the day came and it was uploaded.

Within hours they got million views and likes, the whole World was seeing it. They were very happy about it.

Boss was called to be awarded in the studio by a known Channel.

Interviewer showed the statistics that every second the video is seen and liked by people. He just smiled and said, it was a lot of hard work.

The interviewer asks him many questions, Team was also watching the interview.

He asked," How was the team"?. Boss replied I use to pay them a handsome salary so that their mind never gets distracted from work. I took many motivational conferences for them. I guided them on each and every step. Now you can see the result" !.They praised the Boss on his skills and Awarded him.

The other day, the whole team was angry on him as they expected some sort of credit for them too. Naina said, at least you would have said, "your team was Good or smart".

One by one all gave the resignation letters and left the office. He had an office, set up and everything in life.

He said I feel as if I am a King of the Chess Board, won the game but no people. He Apologized all the team and threw a party and gave a long speech and said, " My Sincere thanks to my team! Guyz the company is with you and I am with the company, I am nothing without you and gave an Award with the certificate to all the hard working Team."

Everyone needs credit, do encourage if someone is doing something for you!
