What do you want to be in five years?

It's a difficult question to answer Because as soon as is start to figure out one thing,

Something or someone changes and makes me question everything.

Life throws curves at you.

You think it's moving one way, and suddenly realize it's heading back in the opposite direction.

When that curve comes flying at you and you're not sure whether you should try it or hit it, catch it or just step out of the way. 

So it's different to know what you'll want in five years.

Expectations make it difficult to figure out what you want to be because whether it's something you thought you'd be doing or someone you thought you knew 

The difference from what you expected to what actually happens can make you look at your future in a very different way. 

Anyone trying to figure out what they'll be in five years confronts one undeniable fact. 

Once a great writer said 

'perhaps the earth was made round so that we could not see too far down the road".

We set out on journeys full of hopes and expectations, but when we arrive, the destination never ends up looking exactly the way we had hoped it would. Or maybe it's because it's less about what I want to be and more about who I want to be.

I might have to wait until I get it.

Am far from perfect and a long way from knowing everything. But I do know enough to want to be the very best parts of the people I love, I hope someday I will be.
