Holi is one of the most colourful festivals which brings colours to life.

Life is colourful only if it is felt. As colours attract eyes and make everyone smile so are the festivals that bring joy and happiness to life. Holi is a unique festival that exclusively describes colours. Blazes are ignited and coloured powder and water thrown over celebrants. Through our five senses, pleasure is felt and our eyes play a vital role to acknowledge the power of colours. If the world is without colours, life is almost dark because black and white are not considered to be colours. To make our life colourful, Holi is celebrated every year and the celebration connects everyone together with the touch of love. The origin of Holi is believed to be before the birth of Christ and Holi proclaims the advent of spring after winter. It indicates the triumph of good over evil and is commemorated as a day of spreading happiness and love and it is also celebrated as a thanksgiving for a good harvest. Red colour reflects fertility, blue is the colour of God, yellow is the colour of turmeric, and green symbolises the start of spring and something new.

Usually, every festival ignites jubilation and Holi is a step ahead. In fact, it cools down the heat and paves way for other festivals.

Joy to the world!
