We all know who is Chutki?A little baby girl of 8month,who lived with her parents at Shukarbasti,New Delhi.As soon as she came to the earth,she became a victim of human cruelty.We are preoccupied with our lives that few people even don't know about her.

Chutki lived on the first floor of the house with her parents while other family lived on the ground floor. Her father was a labour and mother worked as a maid nearby.

They had left her to the care of the mother of accuse as they had to go to work.

Meanwhile the culprit around 28 year,took her to a room on the top floor on pretend of playing with her.Then sexually assaulted her there!!

He gagged her mouth to inaudible her cries.

Chutki brutally raped by that demon.Her giggles turned into the scream. She was severe injured at her vital organs.

When her mother returned home at night, she found chutki was crying and bleeding from her genitals profusely.

Her parents rushed her to hospital immediately. Chutki had a undergone operation along three hours.

Her cries could be heard in the hospital. Everyone numbed after saw her critical condition in hospital. 

This horrific case of assult of an infant has shocked and made national headlines.Few people tried to give her justice. But rest of the so-called busiest even don't want to know about her. 

The statistics of rape cases increasing day by day rapidly. According to the latest National Crime Bureau recorded in 2016 it has 19,765 cases meanwhile the increasing rate of 82% of 2015year was 10,854.

From 1st january to 30th june of 2019 ,the registered cases number is 24,212.Along them 11,981 were till probed.Trials and commences had decided only 911 cases.only the 4% of the statistic.

When the victim raped she got the pain and ruined life immediately after there.

Then why our government doesn't take any immediate action on guilt. Why the government keeping them in jail and serving foods.

The government should hang or encounter them immediate for this offence. 

If a young woman is raped,we all blame her for her small outfits.

If a little girl or a infant brutally raped, we blame the inhumanity of the guilty.If a person tempted to look at the soft limbs of a infant, he or she should not have the right to survive.

We have to tighten some of the government policies, rules and the systems against the rapists.All rapists should hang or cut off their privateparts.for give justice to the victims and their insatiable souls......
