Chapter 2: Tossed into the pits of hell

I thought of resisting and wriggling out of their firm grip but they are were armed and getting injured would only make the situation more impossible and unbearable than it already was.

Scanning my surroundings, I observed the interior of our prison. We seemed to be trapped in some kind of underground bunker. I shut my eyes and rummaged through my memory trying to recall the preceding events that had led me to captivity. My thoughts were interrupted as I was hurled brutally into a room and the door slammed in my face.

I turned around and caught a glimpse of awaited me. A doctor said stiffly, “Sorry about them but you must understand their gruffness”. The doctor, who had introduced himself as Doctor Graham, looked with a sight. It was as though he had been teleported from a movie where the antagonist is an evil doctor. He looked at me with a deadpan expression. His face resembled a lizard and it was absolutely repulsive to the eyes.

With a sudden jolt, he jammed a syringe into my throat. He must have injected me with some kind of sedative for what I woke up to next, rendered me speechless.
