The Epidemic form of Covid-19 suddenly becomes Pandemic within a matter of time which leads to a worldwide lock-down by our honorable Prime Minister.
In the first phase of lock-down, there was a lot of tension about essential things but gradually it became smooth. During this lock-down, I had learned how my family is important for me, as many of us are staying far away from our family and every single day each one of us was eager to meet them.
This lock-down taught me how to maintain a balance between home & work. As I had to stay at home so there was no option for making an excuse in cooking food. I tried some old cooking recipes at home and also invented some new ones.
I learned from this lock-down that stress is our biggest enemy. At the starting of the lock-down, I had gone through a lot of stress which lead to a negative effect in my body so I got frustrated and depressed. To overcome these negative effect I started practicing yoga and meditation to relax my mind. I also watched different types of motivational videos and learned how to overcome stress. One thing is sure that if your mind is relaxed then you could do any sort of work easily.
During this period I was able to find out my hidden talent as I started preparing delicious food at home, doing painting, etc. It was time to rediscover ourselves. I know that all of us eagerly waiting for unlocking but due to this lock-down we knew the actual meaning of life, the importance of family, a healthy lifestyle, and the traditional culture of our country. Everything has both positive and negative effects, but we should grab the positive one for making our life easier.
