Does it ever seem like you have more adversity in your work than other people do?

Then you have reached the stage where people have more advance thoughts and fundamental beliefs for their business and life and can share it with the world. I, Myself Farhan Vhora, Working as a full-time Entrepreneur. Trying to survive every single day and I felt there are many people in their business and life too.

Coming from an engineering background and without having management expertise, I started my venture at a very early stage of mine. I made the mistake of uttering those words in the back seat of a car many years ago in the company of some older, wiser colleagues. The only way I know to get started is by learning a marketable skill and getting to work. Being a First Generation Entrepreneur, I understood that the entrepreneurial spirit inherently requires a massive dose of optimism and often that’s the very thing that clouds and inhibits good judgment. In my experience, that’s where the ideas, opportunities, partners, and finances always seem to come from. Sure, it also takes an enormous amount of hard work, but that just comes with the territory.

I’m a Sales Person… in training at least. In my way sometimes the right way to sell your product or service is not to barge into your customer’s home with a bunch of free samples. Just be there, at the right time and make sure the right people know who you are. The work I have done within place could fill a book, but there is one particular case that has caused me to lose sleep. This Work has plagued my mind for far too long. Typing this out is my feeble attempt to make sense of something my rational mind refuses to comprehend.

When I started MakeMyTrans 3 years ago, I had no idea what response might I would get. At a very early stage of my venture, users and vendors were denied us as many times as we approached. Naked emotions? ...Like I felt when I finally gave up screaming for help. When I sank to my knees and wept by the side of the stream, watching my horse about to drown and unable to rescue it. At one moment, I felt why are our prospects on the fence? Because the promise was to bring down the prices for users while increasing the income for our service providers. And took a metaphorical step back and started working towards the big picture. I was amazed when about Hundreds of people joined the Challenge! It seems that there is a quiet revolution in business processes. Despite the growth, something is changing.

My father taught me this about running a business: Make your people your No. 1 priority, and the rest will follow. I was always good with people. This causes me a good reason to start my own company - MakeMyTrans. How I ended up starting in the logistics industry that's a whole different story.

The business I choose itself most unorganized. But the people who are serving this industry for them I wanted to create a place to communicate new and useful skills to everyone who wants to be more efficient and effective in this business. Here I am, Created the method for these people for approaching the problem by structured, fact-based solutions and working passionately towards this mission.
