Another possibility of war
Another possibility of war
I am an Indian. I am also a Hindu. But for me, my country is above all. India is the land of the fusion of all religions. Just because I am a Hindu, does that mean it is written in my blood? If not, then why should I not love others? Why is there such filthy and atrocious politics in the name of religion? As Indian citizens, we should always love our motherland, Bharat. Should a Muslim only love other Muslims and not people of other religions? Why are such bizarre ideas spreading in the minds of the fanatics, leading to riots? If we search for the cause, we will find nothing. A person could be Pakistani or Hindu, Christian, or of any religion, that is not the issue. The issue is how deep a true brotherhood and relationship exist between them. However, we only see violence, violence everywhere. Let us give our lives for the country, but not for the aggressive paths. Why should innocent, helpless people be attacked mercilessly? Let’s not ignore the incident on April 22, when a terrorist attack in the Vaisharan Valley of Pahalgaon, Jammu Kashmir, claimed the lives of 20 tourists. Among the victims were some foreign nationals and some Indian citizens. What was their fault? They had come to India as tourists, yet they returned in coffins. This event has caused global discussion. News reports suggest that the Pakistan-supported terrorist organization TRF (The Resistance Front) has claimed responsibility for the attack. The question is, if there had been prior intelligence about such an attack, could these innocent tourists have avoided death? Certainly, the government must admit its failure in security and defense management. Looking from another perspective, while these terrorists are killing innocent people, how did they manage to act so brutally? Before shooting, the terrorists even asked the tourists if they were Hindu or Muslim before opening fire. This shows they are being guided and manipulated by someone else and are executing these cruel acts. This group and its extremist members are being supported and protected by Pakistan. In response to the terrorism, all opposition parties have firmly stood together with the government. In the wake of the Pahalgaon incident, the President of India, Droupadi Murmu, was briefed by the Home Minister Amit Shah and Foreign Minister S. Jaishankar regarding the steps India is taking. Additionally, the Ministry of External Affairs has informed 20 countries about the terrorists and has initiated significant measures for India’s future steps. On the other hand, Pakistan’s Prime Minister, Shehbaz Sharif, held high-level meetings with the military leadership to review bilateral tensions and prepare the army for responding to any attack from India. The military preparations of both countries are creating a warlike situation. In the 1971 India-Pakistan war, in 1972, then-Prime Minister Indira Gandhi and her Pakistani counterpart Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto signed a peace agreement in Simla, Himachal Pradesh. This agreement included a provision to reduce tensions along the border and accept the LOC (Line of Control) as the international boundary. This peace agreement specifically mentioned Kashmir. Both neighboring nations respected the ceasefire line. However, now Pakistan has rejected the Simla Agreement and has reduced the significance of the LOC, thereby allowing their army to breach the boundary and enter into India’s territory. Pakistan’s government has also announced that India’s military officers posted in Islamabad will be expelled for their role in espionage, as part of their retaliation against India. Similarly, India has also taken countermeasures. When a nation-sponsored terrorist group attacks our country’s innocent civilians, it is only right to declare war on that nation and cripple its military capabilities. The 140 crore people of India desire this. There is a limit to tolerance. Pakistan's current actions require an appropriate response. That response must come through war. The consequences of another war will unfold with time. ◼️◼️◼️◼️◼️
