I'll tell you about a girl who was sitting right there in one corner of the room perplexed whether to choose the handout presentation style or to choose the pecha kucha version for an upcoming business skill diagnostic that was about to be held in her ILP training tenure. Amidst, all of this, came the farewell of a very dearest friend of hers. In a very short span of time, the two had became like soul sisters. With a heavy heart, she bid goodbye to her dearest friend and returned back to her room. In a whirlpool of emotions, while pouring her heart out to her roomie, she suddenly found the answer to her unanswered question. The topic of her diagnostic presentation had to be her "Experience at ILP Ahmedabad".

She thought of herself as a baby bird who had came out of her nest for the very first time in her life. She wanted to learn how to fly. She fluttered her wings with the hope of flying but all she could get was disappointment. Determined in her quest to learn, she met a few guardian birds who channelized her energy in the right direction and made her learn how to fly. Now, she was ready to conquer the sky.

One fine day, she saw something that truly delighted her soul - "butterflies". She thought to herself "Butterflies don't know how truly beautiful they are, only others can witness how much beauty they add to their surroundings". After spending quality time with her newly found friends and discovering some unseen places, she started flying again.

On the way, she fell sick as one of her wing got injured. She thought of taking a break before starting off again. As she resumed her expedition, all of a sudden, came a violent storm. The bird felt weak then and wanted to give up, but something inside her asked her not. In the hope of gaining strength, she recollected the lessons taught by the guardian birds and the indelible memories spent with the butterflies. Then, with all her might, she flew high up in the sky and came out of the storm with flying colors and made it to her destination. Now she knew just one thing-

"Magic happens when you don't give up, even when you want to.... The universe always falls in love with a stubborn heart..."

Her experience at ILP had been nothing short of a beautiful tale. She did learn lessons that would resonate in her heart and mind for the rest of her life.

It's when she stopped cribbing and complaining as to how and why people just came and left, did she realize how beautifully they had touched her life, filled colors in her canvas with their own unique strokes, painted her picture with so much of love..!

As she recollected all of this, she couldn't help but smile with wonder and contentment, watching her magnificent picture filling with all the more different colors, changing continually as she was about to move ahead in her life.

Coming back to her conscious self, after a walk down the memory lane, she thought to herself - "Once in a while, right in the middle of an ordinary life... life gives us a fairy tale...!"
