A trip to Chennai

This May 2022, I visited Chennai, the capital of Tamil Nadu. We left home at 11:30 am and our flight was at 1. However it got delayed, so we waited and had lunch at the airport itself. By 3:10 we proceeded and boarded the plane, Indigo. It had been a long time since I sat on the plane, and the air hostess was giving instructions to everyone. The view from above was wonderful. The clouds looked wild. 

After an hour, we reached our destination. Unfortunately, it was raining. So my dad booked a cab and somehow we reached our hotel in half an hour. The Hotel Crowne Plaza was massive and splendid. It was a five-star hotel. We entered our room which was taken to us by a glass elevator. We had booked two rooms. Room No. 8 and 9. I and my sister bounced and played on the bouncy bed, it had everything including a small fridge and closet. We arrived late so soon we went for dinner. The next day we woke up early at 7. We had worked so it took approx 10-11 hours. Then we came home and it was 4:00 soon. I watched TV and it was so fun after such a long time. 

We watched English movies as most were in Tamil. At 6 we went near the big pool to read a book. It was so refreshing. We directly went for dinner and the next day it was time to go. We had our breakfast and went to the airport. We got seated on the plane. Due to the good weather conditions in Pune, we came back 15 minutes early. It was a short trip, like just a day but it was a fun and memorable experience.
