A Small Message

To The Parents,

      Classes Are Almost Starting And I Want To Ask You For a Favor, Sit Down With Your Sons And Daughters For Five Minutes And Explain To Them That Being Very TALL, SHORT, CHUBBY, SKINNY, BLACK And WHITE Is Not a Reason To Make Fun Of Anyone. That There Is Nothing With Wearing The

Same Shoes Or Sneakers every day. Explain to Them To That a Used Or a Broken Backpack Carries The Same Dreams As a Cart Or a Character.

    Please Teach Them Not To Exclude Anyone For "Being Different" Or Not Having The Same Possibilities As They Can Do. Explain Them To That Everyone Has a Different Power. Explain to Them To Never Laugh At Someone's Situation Because You Never Know If Someday You Will Find Yourself In The Very Same Position And Remember When You Point a Finger At Someone, There Are Three More Fingers Pointing Back To You.

   Explain Them To That Teasing Hurts.....

Explain To Them That They Go To School And College To LEARN And Not To COMPETE Not To CRITICIZE Not To HUMILIATE Someone. Explain To Them That They And There Classmates Are Worth The Same.

In The Last Lesson Explain Them Don't Compare Yourself To Anyone Because There Is No Comparison Between The Sun And Moon, They Shine When It's There Time.

       And For Teachers,

  As a Teacher, Kindly Never

Underestimate Any Student, Even If She/He is Slow In Learning Or Securing Lower Marks, It Is a Fact That Many Students Learn Slowly And Shine Lately Like Many Plants That Take The Deep Roots Taking a Longer Time Than Normal And Show Tremendous Blossoming And Fruiting Thereafter.

     It Needs The Patience Of a Gardener,

     It Needs The Patience Of a Teacher,

     It Needs The Patience Of a Guardian.

It Is To Mention Here That, The Greatest Genius Of The World "Einstein" Was Such a Slow Learner That He Could Not Speak Until He Was Five, Could Not Read Until Nine Years, And was Very Poor In spelling. 

 The Headmaster once told his father: " He (Einstein) will never make a success at anything". But, today the world recognizes him as a great genius. There are thousands of such examples that many stumble in the beginning or in the middle, but they finish the Marathon as a champion. 

       "A Good Teacher Teaches, a Better Teacher Demonstrates And The Best Teacher Inspires" Be An Inspiration To The Slow Learner And a Low Achiever."

     For Students,

        Keep Hard Working, Focused, And Confident In Yourself. MIND Is Not a Dustbin To Keep Anger, Hatred, And Jealousy But It Is The Treasure Box To Keep Love, Happiness, And Sweet Memories. The Beautiful Thing About Learning Is That No One Can Take It Away From You. If Someone Demotivate You Then It Works The Best Because Motivation will only lift you up but Demotivation will make you do it. Failures Are The Most Important Thing In Life Because Success Doesn't Teach You As Much But Failure Boost Your Efforts. So, Face The Failures Until The Failures Fails To Face You.

    Education Is The Most Powerful Weapon.
