A Bunch Of Keys

Once upon a time, Sham, an honest and a responsible engineer was called by his colleague and was told that a bunch of keys of the manager was lost, and he is quite suspicious about it.

The next day, the manager called all the workers except Sham, to walk into the room of the manager one by one.

So, everybody by being afraid went in and came back with a sad and ashamed face.

Actually, there was nobody but a big mirror with a paper attached stating, "This is the enemy of yours who is the only reason for your failure."

This was an answer to a question which was asked by all his workers. One day, the workers had asked, "why our company is going down?"

One of them replied, "Due to a lot of enemies around. "But it was only Sham who kept on trying and had faith in his own self, so the manager didn't ask him to get in but asked him to explain all about the thing which happened inside.

So, Sham told to all his colleagues that if they will do the work unitedly without losing hope, then again, they can rise high. He also advised them to think positive.

So, the workers followed Sham and soon the profit of the company went high.

The workers understood that unity and positivity and self-confidence was only the bunch of keys which was lost according to the manager.
