A 575 Haiku Set
A 575 Haiku Set
Paper Luna moth
Climbing the tree of still life
Moon phase is quartered
Should I fly away
Is it perhaps best to stay
By dawn's early light
Dew on the grass
It would only slow my gray flight
Tree of life massive
Launching from this twig
Would give up my camouflage
Steady wins the fight
Sturdier night times
Should awaken the daytimes
Shudder now in place
Perched here in wonder
Will branches grow overnight
That's when I shall fly.
