Who stole my rainbow

Who stole my rainbow

1 min
11

Appearance none this whole season

Know not what could be the reason

Eager eyes of mine stay awake

But my rainbow in sky do not make

Forget one with double bows

Or even a supernumerary rainbow

Not one of those beautiful moonbows

Or one of the heavenly fogbows

Not red or monochrome or circular

Not the simple seven colored semi-circular

Nor high nor low in sky appears rainbow lunar

For me to view the magical show

My eyes drying and dying to watch

A single rainbow to appear even if not top notch

My mind now busy wondering

Who stole my rainbow, I keep pondering

Have, someone even stolen it?

Or have I myself misplaced it?

Have I frightened it somehow?

Or have I hurt it somehow?

Forgive me, for any mistakes my dear

I miss you, my rainbow, my cheer

Do appear to disappear my pains

See me after each stormy or every drizzling rains

For my life without you

Feels like its black and blue

You a blessing to my eyes sore with thirst

Quench my thirst, while in sky you burst

Once again make appearance in my dull life

From sour to sweet do change my life
