When I first saw you,

I didn't believe it was true,

But I fell for you,

Little did I know,

That you'd rule my heart so,

You brought some kind of glow to my day,

Been trying to figure out a way to say this,

But I like you very much,

And as such, I'll be your Best Friend,

I Won't leave you till the end,

I don't know when I'll find the courage to tell you this,

I've been writing different ways on my list,

But still, feel like I missed something.

Because I want this to be perfect,

To reflect my feelings exactly,

I know you went through plenty,

I know you feel empty at times,

That's why I want you to find joy through my rhymes,

Also to understand the signs I've been giving you,

If you don't feel the same,

It's OK no one is to blame,

Sure I may feel a bit of shame,

As long you happy I'll be alright,

I just wanted to make sure I put up a good fight,
