What Does Grow And Thrive Mean

Ah! The age old question springs up again,

it has been the boring dilemma in every employee’s mind.

Is it an umbrella that you ought to have before it would rain?

or is it the quintessential helper for the blind?

Is it just the IT industry that has the convention of prosperity?

or is it a misnomer for the ones who could not flourish?

Is it the aptitude of a person that has laid sober in rarity?

or is it the truth that we are all afraid to nourish?

The questions would never end in my illiterate mind,

but answers are equally important to be realized.

I had been looking out for a solution I hope I could once find,

to me the answer is one possession that is already highly priced.

Ohh, I seem to wander away from the topic,

growth to me is a relative argument.

Growth is when people respect you even if it microscopic,

growth is when they love you even when you are fraudulent.

Thriving is when someone around you is a little jealous,

but puts in words the most memorable accolades when you are not around.

You thrive when u can keep yourself always, a little zealous,

you thrive to be free and others think, “Why is he never bound?"

Grow and thrive are my friends and make everyone a bit more happy,

learn new things daily, and build the most extravagant knowledge's nest.

Start respecting each soul, and never say I am the best at being snappy,

Just remember, ‘you want to thrive to be someone better’ and forget the rest.
