Weather and Love!

Peeking outside from my room, 

Feeling the breeze blowing on my face, 

With the pitter-patter of the raindrops accompanying it!

Received a call on my number,

Wanting to meet her I left my place,

No umbrella and soaking in the rain I reached the park!

She was standing there under the shed,

Waving over to me, the first time we met at last!

Went over to her and she asked why was I all wet?

Didn't have the time to borrow an umbrella,

I didn't own one too I confessed!

To which she smiled and said,

She was carrying two of them with her,

I asked could we take a walk in the drizzle?

The weather just had the spark!

We roamed around the campus talking on and on,

Weather and love made the meeting a beautiful song!
