Walk through the Woods

He invited me to love him forever,

To walk with him in his journey of life

holding hands in the lonely woods,

and fill his heart with love and only love.

His heart was filled with overwhelming joy and love,

to keep me closer all the time,

and be with him during his ups and downs

releasing me to a world of freedom...

He said that is love..

He said that is freedom..

which according to him, is what I crave..

To hold his hand and walk with him....

I smiled hearing his wild thoughts,

Never longing to be in such a world...

Where I am never given a chance to taste freedom...

Other than holding his hands and moving in his path....

Walking away from his path...

I longed to reach my own destiny walking alone...
