Until we meet!

You were always far,

Yet, for you; my heart's doors were ajar,

I have loved you from a distance,

Keeping all the feelings intact, in existence.

You could never love me the way I did,

I could never know why, as the reasons were hid;

Maybe, someday with trembling hearts we meet,

That is; if our souls can pull off this feat.

Until then, my heart is the 'sanctum sanctorum' where you'll stay,

Whether we meet, or our paths never sway!
