Trials And Tribulations
Trials And Tribulations
The silent night, grew darker fright,
The vigilant purr, waited might.
The heartbroken geezer, well smiles,
He knows, how softness only guiles.
His wait in disguise, for a prize,
His prize ... ha ha, what prize!
Of times wasted, of his life,
Nearing fag end on a knife!
The knife refuses to cut,
It just reasons with a but.
Learn - it hints, we learn thus,
When time's tough, and it's only minus.
Maybe life turns, or maybe not,
They say it's easy to smile, but,
Notice the "mile", in smile.
Hey, weary soul, need to walk it;
In order to truly ... ha ha, "smile"!
