Traveller Of Life
Traveller Of Life
From the east to the west
While traveling without rest
I met the streamlets
That offered me pure water
To quench my thirst,
When sweat started running as rivulets
The soddened earth and the gentle trees
Offered me blissful tranquility
To meet my exigencies.
I met the prophetic flowers
Who gifted me a smile
To change the melancholic sounds
Of pebbles, rocks, and strains.
The stormy days and busy nights
Taught me to conquer all the heights,
From a naif to a seasoned traveler
I became with time's whisper.
And now while watching the setting sun,
Waiting for a new rosy dawn,
Taking a stroll down memory lane,
I smile and recollect the echoes of life
Embracing the vibes without strife,
I enjoy the chords and notes of the air
And relish the moments as a traveler.
