To The Quarantine Time...

To The Quarantine Time...

Its been more than 10 days we all are locked,

Can't remember last time, when the house door was knocked.

It's dangerous to cross the line outside our own home,

Gone are the days when without fear we used to roam.

Humans are caged and birds freely fly when the sun's burned. (day time)

That's what we should call, tables are now actually turned.

Moments are difficult and the clock is not at all moving,

Frustrated we are and that's what everyone's complaining.

What if we take all this in a separate way,

I know it's not easy but think in a positive way.

The day lockdown was declared, we searched for some activities,

That was a time when some of us came up with amazing creativities.

We got plenty of instances to spend with family,

Which in a busy schedule we do not get so easily.

Say thanks to almighty as we have our own nest,

In which without any afraid we all take proper rest.

Without meeting anyone, it gives us relief undoubtedly,

When we just hear that our loved ones are safe completely.

Say Biggest thank you as we got enough funds in the account,

From which we can bring milk, fruit, and food in any amount.

Basic necessities are available to us but yes with much extra effort and care,

Social gatherings, parties & events are stalled in which we asked how much was my share?

Think of those workers who don't have enough money left,

Their sleep must be taken away by stress playing as theft.

The ones who work on a day to day basis must be so worried now,

To fill the stomach of their families, questions in their minds will be "how"?

Temples & spiritual places all are closed,

Ramayan on DD is now our daily dose.

We feel in the outside world now so negatives vibes,

But there are many poor who have sleepless nights.

Let's pray together every day, this all should end soon,

As some people struggle for basic needs night&noon.

To remove this trouble, let's join hands and raise voice to the lord by bending our Knees,

Because Ganpati has big ears he always listens, Durga has big eyes she surely sees.
