Love affair was progressed,

Between a young woman

And young man, belonged

To the same community in a village,

Wanted to marry, fearing an

Obstacle from her family

decided to get rid of.

Intoxicated with blind love,

They entered into the house

In the dark at night with axes,

Murdered on the spot, four elders

Three innocent children attempting

Worst disgrace to the humanity

Both were sentenced to death

By session, high and the supreme

Court, having thirty strong witnesses

Against them, to eliminate heinous act,

Their merciless mercy petition was

Turned down by the President Of India

The accused in the case

Was the first woman,

Hung after the Independence

A baby boy was delivered,

Brought up in the Jail

Who is eight years now

Has been unacceptable

By both the families
