The winds of Harosed

The winds of Harosed

1 min
207

A hazy mist, a clouded sky

Tears that the heavens shed

For broken homes and broken hopes

Of the people of Harosed

The gales of wind had done it all

Is what the people said

Not one man out there was at fault

Yet all out there had bled

People wept and asked it why

And what they did to upset

The one that once had grown their crops

The winds of Harosed

The hurricane that caused such harm

Said he wanted the snow to spread

But before he knew it, he went too far

And the entire city was wrecked

After the storm, Hurricane broke down

And had naught to do but fret

The city that was far in the north

Was covered in hail at every step

Scattered winds search for solace

For comfort that others dread

In the snowflakes of the winter

In the blue hands of the dead
