The Virus And Us!

Echelons, poppers from East to West

Are brought upon this fate…

They must act upon—much needed—

Where is the time to wait?

Orientals and occidentals are

Thus fated to make a move.

To stop the spread of virus,

We must pause our rhythm or groove.

For all the criticisms, there but was this

‘Flip side’, called constructive criticisms.

“For everything bad”, that is, “we have

Learning, observations, and -isms.”

Everything in this world

Bears a cost, in a way.

We all must pay it, however,

In cash or kind—come what may!

We destroyed our habitat

This virus is doing just that!

We must persist; not be any kinder.

That’s how it will mutate to be milder.

Let us teach it a lesson.

Fight its protest with Love. Be clear.

Co-existence is nature. So, let’s

Build immunity. What’s there to fear?

Wisdom of peer, love of those dear,

Hygiene amongst all: everything bears fruits.

Still, there is so much for us to discover:

Knowledge, akin to life, is but a pursuit.
