We all seem

To believe in the utopia of democracy

But how long do we

Keep ignoring

The corruption within the systems

And every day seeing

Continuous hypocrisy

People with zero credibility and merit

Can very easily become our leaders

Later they turn out be parasites

Who don't want to work

For the welfare of the people

And they turn out to

Be corruption seekers

They remember the people

On the arrival of elections

After that no matter

Whatever happens to the people of this nation

Even if millions die in starvation

The voice of the weakest

The media won't raise

All they care about is

Their masters praise

Have we ever had

The democracy days

you criticize the government once

And see how all the

False narratives and cases

Are created at once

Every day we see

T.V Debates full of blizzard issues at night

Always creating a fake fright

They say

We only talk

What the nation should know

And thus runs

These toxic News shows

I don't think

There's any hope left

For the idea and foundation

of our democracy

Nothing is going to change

in this country

And multiplied is going to be corruption

And the religious decisions

And hypocrisies
