The Scary Night

I heard a noise so thunderous and it was around 12 o' clock,

It was dark so I tripped on my sock!

Was it the thunder or the rain?

As I tripped I was still in pain.

Nobody was awake so I unlocked the door,

I was brave and I know what I was going out for.

Something so fast passed by,

Everyone would wake up if I start to cry.

I held my tears back,

On the apartment's wall fell a crack!

I ran back home but the things kept on falling,

Quietly I heard someone crawling.

A lot of Red eyes blinking around me,

There was no way out to flee!

I woke up and realised it was a dream,

Thank god it wasn't real or I would've heard my scream.
