The Midnight Library

In between life and death,

There is a place,

People have hardly ever met,

It's a place where there's eloquence and perplexity,

A place you never thought you'd be,

It gives you a second chance,

In life, so you can fly and dance,

Sometimes with smiles and sometimes with a trance,

You can't comprehend the mystery this place presents,

You crave to live the other way,

Because you think your life is a waste,

What is this place, that will answer your questions and solve all your queries,

Here is the midnight library,

However, the truth is, your life is not a waste,

You overlook things you never knew existed,

You overlook the fact that they're in you,

Unaware of the power you possess,

You end up thinking your life is a mess,

Sweetheart, you have done more than you can imagine,

Your past self, it would scream from all this magic,

If only you notice the little things,

Follow yours, but not other's dreams,

Then, your life would give more meaning,

You wouldn't need a place to unfold the mysteries,
