The Land I Wish For

Oh! My land of diversity           

  The mother of culture....

I am proud to be your symbol         

  I am proud to be your shield         

Your path made my existence          

Your care made my life       

I dedicate myself to you             

and I bow on the behalf of billions     

I wish to be in a land where my perspectives remain true and genuine   

But my busy partner                 

 is keen in changing it                

 'Time' please go slow,             

  the researcher in me needs time      

 The time to explore........             

 The time to evolve...........

Everything changed                  

My eyes who wished to see the wonders are forcefully shutting            

   And I the one confined to the four walls.. is alone with the most powerful weapon 

The only weapon which ruled my inner 'I' 'The silence'

Bharat Matha, my mother          

    I am longing............                 

 longing for a land                    

where I could spread, flap my wings   and soar to heights.....             

A land....                         

  Where I can say to my soul           

 that the eyes around you              

will not tear your dignity apart          

I am longing for a land........          

where logic do magic than fallacy      

 where nature domain than men       

 where mind speaks louder than brain   

The land which rules the hearts...     

The land which uphold the pride        

The land which embrace the truth...     

Will my dream come true?          

 answer me my God....              

  forgive the mistakes and forget the past Ready to be the new 'You'
