The Heartbreakers
The Heartbreakers
In a distance I hear a Good bye,
Day in, day out, I hearken to the somber cries,
Voices seep into my daydreams chastise,
And they are brimming with lies,
Choices are nothing more than despise,
Thoughts in my mind are running with surmise,
I see the people have lost their guise,
Time and time again, wonders of love reprise.
Love is reviving as a drug,
Surging as a gushing blood,
Revelers are akin to elated mood,
We tread through wheel of time,
Poised roses with blooming red,
And sky is the only limit.
Holy smoke of the midnight curl,
Through the window of my desire,
Seething perspire moistens my skin,
Weed over yonder calls for a taste,
Feel of the crack infused in my mind,
Grain of wit sprout with a punch,
Fleeting pleasure is no less of Heartbreaker.
