THE FEEL OF FAINT DROPS

THE FEEL OF FAINT DROPS

It's hard to cope up with the torments of your blood

A blood of a person so innocent

You believed in me to rescue your dear life

You had hope to live again.

I tried my best to fulfill your wish

I didn't realize I had started crying in my heart

Only to see my tears drop on your lifeless body

When I saw that you are gone never to return.

I kept checking on the life support machine

I knew I could give you life once again

Now I have to liv

e and bear with your blood haunts

Was I that much weak to restore your joy back?

Now I have no peace left in me

I know your soul is safe wherever you are

You left so soon

I know this was God's plan.

I felt so caring to you and looking after you

I kept checking up on your smile

I kept praying you rise again and meet your dear ones

Until I forgot to treat you as a doctor.

I am sorry, I was numb to my responsibilities.
