Thank You Teacher

You taught me to read, 

You taught me to write

Everything I know is what you guide

Discipline and manners you taught me all

Learned to get up after every fall.

My first teacher was thou, my mom,

Who studied with me and played along

I can write my name because of you

Every struggle of yours is for my future I Knew.

Work hard to prosper and grow

Is the teaching what my father's effort show

With all strength, you gather;

To stand the whole day and take no break

Work at night, work so late

Inspires me every moment I see it.

School is the temple and teachers are God. 

Guru enlighten me with learnings and they thought

The books I read, and the lessons I learned 

Were a fun and motivation with every page I turned.

Respect for elders and being a good human.

Is the foundation teaching

Of every teacher.

Every vote of thanks is less for every

Teacher; be it mother, father or tutor.
