Someday

I was so busy in my world

They often dropped in 

Or called me over

I always thought 

I would join them 

Once it would be over.

Every time it was a promise

To visit them someday

But time kept passing by

It moves on and we stay. 

It's now when I realise 

I wish I had gone

We would have had fun

As we met and moved along.

Now it's over a year 

There is so much to say

They have left 

I miss you 

Is all that I say.
