Shadow

I felt like a shadow

Or so-called.

No structure

No face or shape.

No white

Blackness only

Left to see

And horses in their race.



The roller coaster of life tore me into pieces

The only ray of light left, threatened

Life sucked.

Every now and then I asked

Tougher is they said.

I healed

But another arrow shot on my face

I smiled

To the thorns

Stood up again

To fight back

And leave the shadow forever.
