Same Time Of The Year

It's that time of the year, 

Every day I saw you, I knew you were in pain,

Knowing somehow your body wouldn't take it anymore.

Praying that you can heal, hoping for a miracle to happen.

Each passing day gives us hope for your presence and fear of one day losing you.

I wish I could have been much stronger back then, wish I could have just held on to you for yet another day.

Everyone said it will get easier, your heart will heal, time will pass.

Why is it that I still can feel the void?

Why is it that I still can't just survive?

Well now that I think it's gonna be just another year 

And 

It's gonna be the same time of the year!!
