Sagittarius

The moon was bored one day.

It went to the Great Orion in May.

“Tell me a story”, the moon asked.

“What kind?” the hunter replied.

“Of a warrior like you” the moon smiled, 

with a childlike innocence. 

The hunter set his bow aside,

and smiled to begin the story.

“There is a warrior down below,

I have been seeing her for years,

Its not because she is different,

It’s because she is special.”

“Why?” the moon asked.

Its curious eyes ready to hear 

Of the great warrior down below.

“There are so many reasons,

Dear moon

Of why she is special.

If I tell you 

You will not go to sleep 

And this day will glitter in darkness.”

But seeing the moon’s eyes

Drop low, Orion could not say no,

So, he continued about the great warrior.

“Oh dear moon, she is special because

She will always be there for others whenever needed

She will make sure others are not sad 

She will support anyone who needs her

She will make sure others are not stained by the pains of life”

“Wow,” the moon asked “she is indeed special. She is truly a warrior”

“Yes, she is” the Orion replied.

“But now she needs to take a break

She has been running for long

Carrying so much weight

 Focusing on others

And in the process 

She lost her inner child

Full of innocence and magic.’

“That is not good “the moon replied

With concern covering its eyes.

“Yes “the Orion sighed 

Contemplating on the reality

“But you know dear moon,

A warrior will always fight no matter what.

She has been fighting for all this long.

All she needs is a break.

To reset, to relive, to be her.

And she will come back

As the Sagittarius who is going to create a difference here

As the warrior that I have been watching over all the years

I know she will dear moon, I just know.”
