The truth behind this life I find

Lying around with an empty mind

Restless in nature to bind

“What will I leave behind?”

The wrongs I have done in the past

Accumulation of good and bad words at last

A number in a famous book once becomes a history

A name that creats a lifelong mystery.

 

As the weight of my lies crashes upon me

I forget to giveaway the habit of being so free

The fabrics of my woven mind are now torn asunder

I stare at my past in wonder

I wish I could go back and make my child see

This all I have done for you not me

The souls of me and my son intertwined

Their words murmuring in my mind

The emotions so hated that I now hate myself where to find

Is what I have left behind!!!
